Pichoq “knife”
Pachak or Pichak (Uzbek. Pichoq – “knife”) is the traditional knife of the Central Asian people. Traditionally, it has a straight wide blade made of carbon steel with a wedge-shaped cross-section with sharpening sides, sometimes with a narrow valley along with the butt.
